Design reviews will be held at Preliminary and Final Design Review milestones. Most design reviews will be held in Massachusetts. Each review is expected to require two days of technical presentations and discussions. Reviews will address and attempt to resolve all open design issues. Technical reviewers from each commenting agency will attend these reviews. The Principal Field Engineer will coordinate and resolve comments and submit Minutes to Raytheon for subsequent distribution. The Principal Field Engineer will incorporate accepted comments into subsequent design documentation as appropriate.
